Today I am going out to Chalala Micro Bakery, near where I live on the Darling Downs, in Queensland. I am doing a story, as well as some PR shots and photographing the baking process. I first met Laurie and Sandy with Alastair McLeod at Felton Food Festival this year. I am looking forward to their warm hospitality and learning about Chalala’s ancient ingredients and cooking ways as well .
